It's good to hear about, read, see, know and determine what is appropriate for a proper growth of mind, body and spirit; but the gist of it lies in a quick doing of what is best. We carry on while we do not evade upgrading change. We live close to truth and beauty rather than complacency. We control our senses. We're aware of the value of restraint, and uphold dignified manners.

- Moments with Vision -

Time is one of our great gifts. We cannot make it or demand it; yet we waste it. When it is past, we cannot replace it. We're to embrace time and share it lovingly with others.

A strong dose of reality can be very healing. We must know well why we live and why we die.

There is a profound link between us, love's function, and the need to share it. Our work in the world is love's work, not our own. We are to be gatherers, drawing others to love, not ourselves, proclaiming a unity of love.

Honor avoids him who seeks it, and seeks him who avoids it. Only by humility is goodness honored. Many are humble with their lips but not silently in their heart.

In reliving yesterday or anticipating tomorrow, we are to consider that each present moment holds exactly what is best for us. Experiences will in time be behind us.

Study has two functions: the first is to moderate and regulate a desire for knowledge, which sometimes passes all bounds. The second is to banish sloth and rouse our mind to avail itself of its sights and talents.

Where we feel at home is a place preferred; a source of emotional nourishment, a workshop for the development of our identity, a place to become one's self.

To be present to rightful doing is delight. Hunger for decency and self-discipline go hand in hand. A winner is one who learns to wait, work well at what is best to be done, and endures with grateful acceptance.

A strong will tries to resolve difficult tasks and bears bravely with bitter experiences. A weak will succumbs easily to discouragement.

When we exercise pure intentions with goodness of heart, we see ourselves progressing. When we are indifferent to love of decency, we experience depletion of mind, body and spirit.

Reflective self exam intensifies self knowledge. Self exam starts a process. It opens an inner door to act and be instructed anew through events, people, reading, or our own heart; our own intuition.   ​
